You are right Michael Vana, I am new to contact lenses, less than 2 months using it. It hurts a lot, so I wonder should I or not wear it for the water confidence test. I do not want my eyes to be red and uncomfortable during the uniform fittng. With the contact lenses, my vision get kinda of blur a...

Kristin. If it was you that mentioned holding down the life vest.. i did encounter this point that you've to hold on, or rather hold down your vest when plunging into the pool.. its gonna be bad if the vest slips out due to the impact.
