31320- Once HR cancelled your pass then they will immediately issue you STVP which will allow you to stay in Singapore for 30 days. And yes you can join the company next day or any other day you can decide by taking confirmation from your new employer.

I understand this is a complicated process but on other hand I do believe that for legitimate applications there must be a defined timeframe or processing time to respond on answered queries.

7th week is going to finish, still status is pending.

Can we schedule meeting with MoM Officer ? To check the reason for delay because as per rule no other employer can file EP application when one already in progress.
