When you make an appointment for VD/SD, they’ll ask if you want to register for MPP as well. So you just register your interest.

MPP was in the morning for me, there was a light lunch provided after that (this was pre-COVID), then we verified the documents after lunch.

Need to check with employer first about the LoC vrs WP. She cannot be on a WP and an LTVP/LTVP+ at the same time. No rush. Do 1~3 first. After ROM then have her talk with employer. She can stay on WP until a decision is made.

Doesn't matter, however, she might want to talk to her employer as see if she can get a reasonable bump in salary if she goes from WP to LoC.
