even my broker / agent wants the commission if i reniew the lease on the flat ; there should be a paragraph on your lease, check it out even it is not clear like mine ....and be careful ask how much the rent is going up for example my landlord would only do business through the agent and not directl...

i'm banking with DBS this is because it is the choise of my company - they can only pay my salary in a DBS bank account so before opening bank accounts ask your work place if they have a bank of choise with DBS it was easy to open a Saving plus account - you need to deposit 500 dollars and that's it...
