can i drive in singalore/Malaysia on a international driving license? or do i need to get a local driving license?

plus you actually dont need to buy most of the stuff here. most condo's HDB here are furnished. we had tough time finding a semi-furnished apartment.

is a printout of IPA enough or do i need to carry original copy?

my app was submitted on 19th, and it got approved on 2nd. IPA letter took another week.
