It does makes the eyes looks bigger, but not necessarily more caucasian unless you specifically tell the doctor you want caucasian-looking eyes. Then the doctor will make the double eyelid crease higher and deeper. Now my BF very scared when i stare at him...... so you know how big my eyes is!!!!! ...
