Dell DImension 8300 - upgrade RAM /advice re good technician

Hello I am an extreme technophobe and have a 2003 Dell Dimension 8300 PC - i would like to upgrade its RAM. I have tried looking at Dell website but it is a nightmare to navigate - you cannot actually speak to someone, and plus they do not seem to want to sell parts for such an 'old' computer. WOuld...

hi you can find halloween costumes at Party With US - Valley Point River Valley Rd, and Centrepoint, Orchard Rd. THere is also a party shop at Holland Village near Hogs Breath cafe which sells them. Also, I think Toys R US usually get some in each year. Hope that helps.

Man (or woman) with a van

Hi I have a few bits and pieces of furniture I need to dispose of - a couple of bookshelves, a wardrobe, etc. They are old and broken so really only good for disposal. Does anyone know a man with a van who would dispose of them for a reasonable price - I am perplexed about how to get rid of unwanted...

THanks for the feedback - I will pay her the $600 pm, - but just wanted to check if that is still below the average! I am a little shocked by how I was underpaying her - she came to us via a maid agency and 2 years ago they told me that the salary was $350, our maid was new to Singapore but even so....

What do you pay your maid per month?

Hi My maid has been with us 2 years now and we are paying $450 per month. She tells me that her friends earn $600 per month ( as recommended by Phillipines Embassy - I looked it up and they do indeed recommend this salary) I was just wondering what the market rate is per month for maids now - what d...

Hi _ re the last post - no, once you have done the translation and passed the test etc, they give you back your EU licence and then you receive a SIngapore licence about 10 days after applying. :)

Custom made furniture/caprenter; WHITE bunk beds

Hi
I would like to get some white wooden furniture made for my girls' rooms - not a lot, but a desk, a set of drawers and a bunk bed. I have not been able to find any white wooden bunk beds here and so think we need to get them made. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Many thanks
