Is the PR invalid if we leave singapore for more than 6 months ?
Is there a way to inform the authorities that we leave for 1 year and come back , without letting the PR become invalid ?

Now i understand , COE is not something "person specific" like license rather
its more "car specific" , correct me if i am wrong

So i can simply go and buy a old card which has some years of COE left on it.
The question is , this car is it priced only for the car or also for its COE ?

while applying for pr , can we submit a Transfer Certificate , instead of birth certificate ? in our country the school we study normally holds our birth certificate and issues a transfer certificate where the DOB will be mentioned ?
