oh..n the other time when i went for mgmt interview... sherlyn loy told mi dat i nid to get the cert for my o-lvl result.. buden bcos i onli had d7 so i've chked with MOE and they mentioned that onli those who gt c6 n above are eligible for the cert.. n oso said that the result slip can act as a cer...
