Condos with larger percentage of owner residents are usually better as they will make sure everything works to minimise inconvenience. Besides, as residents they will know about the problem first hand and make sure things are fixed.

Bayshore is a high density condo. Apartments on ground floor with a patio are usually small. Go for interior space that is larger. Most units are smallish so if you need space for the family it may not be too ideal. Remember that having great facilities should not be the priority as you are not goin...

new condo, small. nice surroundings but you must remember that what's inside apartment is more important. Apartment is small and noise is quite high as the condo fronts the highway. Keeping window shut will keep noise level down but stuffy unless you turn on aircon the whole day. Window is small. :s...
