The Korean place in the basement of Concorde is not good - I second the recommendation for Kim's Family Restaurant.

I also think "Two Fat Men" at 376 East Coast Rd. serves amazing Basil Fried Rice/Pork Neck along with cheap beer.

There are some but mostly geared towards computer parts and they only accept Cash-on-Delivery.
