I supposed it is good to do a market research at this stage using a professional researcher to determine market size, prices and competition etc. Also you may want to do some trial marketing with say 10-20 stores in various shopping malls here....

Not sure at all whether SGX is really that easy to trade and make profits. Anyway I suppose you need to sign up with a Singapore broking house and preferably trade online using something similar to POEMs and make sure you have Sing $$ account to mimimise forex risks etc
