Afternoon Meet

Hello mummies and daddies,

I was just wondering if there are any afternoon meets planned for this week at all?

If I know in advance - I might just make it out the front door!

I haven't eaten there, but what about CHIPPY British Takeaway in the basement of Raffles City shopping centre? I've passed it before... I guess I was a bit scared of being disappointed! Give it a go and report back :P AC :) We should rename this thread - The Search for Proper Chips. I'm sure someone...

Well actually, the unhygenic part I was referring to was the droppings.

So basically no-one bothers about them or any food that they might be eating or the droppings...

Lizards in the home?

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone else has little lizards that come out at night in their condo? They're pretty harmless but I can't help but think they are a bit unhygenic and I'd like to erradicate them if possible.

What do other people do about them?

Thanks

Parkway Parade Paediatrician

Hello everyone, I'd like to thoroughly recommend Dr Vasanthi (Call me Dr Vas!) in the Kinder Clinic in Parkway Parade. She works in the mornings only. You can either phone for an appointment or just walk in and wait (usually not for very long at all). In the afternoons she works in the Paragon. She'...

I gave birth last year with exactly the same details as sammymck, ie Dr Selina Chua at Mount Elizabeth which is centrally located just off Orchard Road, the main shopping road in Singapore. The whole experience was well perfect really. Dr Selina is extremely professional, she's quite serious but per...

There's a little shop in your condo! on the ground floor next to the clinic/health centre. If you turn right out of the condo and walk down Meyer road there's a larger local grocery shop that sells fresh fruit, vegetables and has a freezer section. I've been there once - its jam packed with things! ...

Hey, I live off Meyer and my GP is in the Makena! Taxis are pretty easy to get on Meyer - I don't really see that being a problem unless it's raining, then you're probably better off just ordering one on the phone. I have no idea about the private buses - they have them on Tanjong Rhu but that's on ...
