Re: Anyone who applied citizen last year July 2024?

Hello EmilyLe Yes, I applied on 1 July along with my family. Approved IPA mid January. However, after completing Stage 1 and Stage 2, I still haven't received the final "outcome letter" that is needed to start the renunciation process. In the old system, this letter came out 1 day (or 1 week tops) a...

Re: Finally got my Singapore Citizenship!

Thank you AR-EMPIRE But could you confirm if you are on the new system/did you submit your application before 26th June 2024? It seems like for all the applications on the old system (before 26th of June), the outcome letters are within one day or one week. For the new systems, there seems to be a d...

Re: Finally got my Singapore Citizenship!

Hi @AR-EMPIRE Could I check if you got your final outcome letter in the new e-service portal/new system? If so, how much time did it take for you to get the letter after completing the SG journey? Thanks.

Hi @rajasg Could I check if you applied only for yourself, or for yourself and your family as well? Thanks.

Re: Filling up PR Formalities myself with no appointment

Thank you @RikkuG for providing this update.

1. Did you receive an email from the ICA to proceed to make the payment? Or did you simply see the screen where you need to make the payment?
2. Was the letter auto generated immediately after you made the payment?

I had submitted the application on the new portal and received the IPA through the new portal, so do you think the process may have changed? Should I be worried? I h...

Re: Question:The time required from receiving the PR IPA to the appointment date

Gp42, did you get it after 9 calendar days or working days? I am assuming can't be working days because your PR IPA on 8 Feb? 9 calendar days would mean that you got it fairly quickly.

Yes, I think your father will need to change the IC particulars, but they will ask for evidence. Not sure what you will be able to provide.

I am in the same boat MayaM but mine is an approved citizenship application in the new system. Could you please update us here if you receive anything? It is coming up to 9 days now since I completed all the tasks but have not received an email. I will wait until tomorrow morning and if there is no ...

@AussieSG Thanks for letting me know. It has been 5 business days for me since I completed the SC journey, so I am a little worried.
