the high turnover is due to a variety of reasons ranging from incompetency of the staff employed to people who used SG as a stepping stone to get access to work in the States. i'm referring to non-locals here. as SG is a global hub to many MNCs, a lot of IT projects are not just local based projects...

However, foreign maids are required, starting 1 Jan 2008.
