we're meeting tonight at 6:30pm at the Bugis MRT (right when you get out in front of Citibank...so before making a left or right)

it pretty much depends on the landlord; most common would be a one year obviously, but I've heard of 6 and even 3 mo. leases or contracts. Just send an e-mail or post that you're looking for a 6 mo. lease on whatever real estate site you're gonna use.

I've had a pleasant experience with UOB and quite happy with them. Also there are no cues at the ATM's !! which could be a big plus when you're in a rush.
