UWC is opening a new campus in Tampines which is 5-10mins drive from changi...BUT onlyin 2010.

Return journey....door to door....from changi to Etonhouse(mountbatten).
Paying $550 for 3 months.

Hoi Desmond! Sorry for the late reply....! The opening hours of the hollandse club is from 8am till midnite. Should you need to contact the administration site, they are open at normal office hours which is from 9am till 5pm. Regarding renting a car in Singapore....Dat is een beetje lastig to confir...
