Joyriders is a cycling club (regular rides, events, etc) whereas Togoparts is a website - great for info and classified/sales.

Sorry to disappoint but I don't think you'll see cycling shown in any Singapore bars - at least, I haven't seen this yet! As previously mentioned, Eurosport or internet feed is your best bet. If you brought your bike with you then you should join us at Joyriders. Look it up on the web (.sg) and get ...

Ginger Beer

Forget the Australian Ginger Beer, go for the 2L bottle of Waitrose Fiery Ginger Beer - awesome! Not available in every Cold Storage but the one on the corner of Burkit Timah and Clementi has it. The bigger problem is finding the right rum. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum is the best for a Dark & Stormy. ...

Thanks for your suggestions - I feel a bit better now!!!

I have tried Upper Thompson - no joy, but I need to think about the self build option.

Karaeoke Suggestions ??

Can anyone help in suggesting a good Karaoke venue in Singapore?

I'm looking for a classy clean venue for a good old sing song with friends and family !

I tried the Partybox (?) venue on Orchard was it was a little on the tired side.

Thanks in advance.

Outdoor furniture??

Does anyone have any good tips on where to buy plastic/resin wicker look outdoor furniture - at a good price!

I'm told that this stuff stays looking good throughout the Singapore rain, sun and humidity and doesnt need treating like wooden outdoor furniture.

Many Thanks

TurnStyles in Holland Village has the Eng game live just after midnight.

Murphys web site says 1.30pm and a repeat at 3.30pm Sunday. (Sunday afternoon - not live?)
