Up to 3 big dogs are allowed on landed houses. There are also 99, 999 and freehold landed houses. And there are strata title and non-strata title landed houses. Don't think the dogs will be allowed to roam around in stata title houses if there is no fence to keep the dogs inside the house compound. ...

I recommend Serangoon Garden. This is a mostly landed houses estate, with many eateries, shops, NTUC, banks, etc. In terms of rental psf, it is cheaper than condos.

Choose Serangoon Gardens. There are many eateries, shops, POSB, police station, NTUC, many banks, pet stores, pubs and a social club there. Mostly houses there, and if you used to living in landed homes, this is a nice location. There are also buses to Serangoon MRT station (10 mins journey).
