NO MORE FNDC AT INSOMNIA!!!!! well, i haven't actually organised an FNDC for about 2 years, so it's not up to me really. but pretty crap service, for sure. btw, are you guys merchant bankers or something? buying cocktails in pretty much any bar in Sg is a fast road to poverty. then again, it's...

ok first up - it's not an Irish Pub. It's actually more of an English pub but it's owned by the same mob that owns several other Irish pubs here. Don't let that put you off - it's still a good pub, and if we absolutely must go green then later on we can move (there's a real Irish pub just around the...

hmm... I've said before 2 beers and you've said after 3 - that's a pretty small sweet spot, especially at the speed you knock them back! I guess I'd better bring extra rabies shots!

tetanus I don't do - those things hurt :o

FNDC: 18th December @ Dubliner from 9PM (last FNDC ever*)

Haven't been to the Dubliner for an Irish decade, which is almost a year and a half in most everyone else's calendar** (2 weeks ago when some of us showed up at 2.45am and they were closing doesn't count!) Quite probably the last FNDC ever* so come along and have a drink or three with us. We're frie...

lol, nice one, SMS. I always get a picture of a girl heading along to the club with a bunch of pathetic guys following along behind like puppy dogs. Anyway...Sabrina, it depends on your definition of 'nice', and also what area you're in. My recommendation would be Blu Jaz Cafe, on Ophir Rd near Beac...

Well, here we are again, and here I am again - called out of FNDC organisational retirement this week due to our regular hosts having other commitments. (More important than FNDC?!? :o ) This week is a new one for FNDC - at least I can't recall it being held here at any time in the last two years. A...

Actually, now that it's rattled around in my brain for a couple of hours, I think he may have been Lithuanian. In any case, it sounds like the place has changed hands and Pat is no longer there, so we shall see what we see when we get there. And if we really don't like it (though I've neve...

the only true Irish pub in town It's so Irish the owner thinks he's from Leichtenstein, if I remember correctly! A great pub, though - a "proper" pub like the ones we have back in Oz or over in Pomsville. A place to have a drink and catch up, as opposed to paying a fortune to "be seen being trendy"...
