Iirc, there was a case of 2.5yrs

I overlooked a similar situation when i was formalizing my wife pass in ICA. Just noticed she was "overstaying for 2 days". Need to pay $100 penalty and a written explanation.

If you read thru on many threads in this forum, PR application ranges from 4 to more than 2 years. Result also doesn't coincide with the duration.

If flying back home, your wife need a note from a doctor that she's safe for air trave.

But why would ICA give PR to someone with children (male offspring) who seems to steer away their children from NS?

Or has there been case/s where their PR got approved as for him/herself only?

Would it be a redflag if someone with family applies for him/herself only?

Why not tell him everything since he's your better half?
Anyway, it will only be 8 month duration on July, so it will be unlikely to have the result on the ROM document check.
If failed on first attempt, wait for 2yrs of marriage before reapplying but this time your husband to sponsor you.

Open it in a pc browser and you'll be able to see a wide array of files that can be uploaded. I did mine this way.
