Because it's about jobs/career. Not just meeting people. It's a serious professional question as opposed to a casual chitchat one.

How to be a decent male escort in Singapore?

No smart alec-y rejoinders please. I am a well-read, well-traveled conversationalist with a good sense of humor. Interested in meeting with women of a certain age and stature in life -- above 35, I suppose, to avoid the "chirpy" types, and focus on those who are fairly comfortable and confident abou...

Designer buttons for business suits?

Hi. I got a tailor made suit in Singapore. The suit is nice, but the buttons used (in front and on the sleeve) are a bit cheap looking. Does anyone know where I can find high quality, maybe designer, buttons? Thanks!

Dont have the time for tailors, fabric selection, etc. A place like Singapore should certainly have some designers (both local and global) selling suits. Hong Kong, Bangkok, KL, Tokyo etc all have super collections.

Thanks. Of course tried Takashimaya. Any brand in particular? No this is not an ad. What nonsense is that? So: 1. Paul Smith in Hilton (he makes some pretty Margaret Thatcher type suits, but noted) 2. NAFNAF in Vivocity 3. G2000, which has some purple crap going on at the moment Anything else? I am ...

Where to buy business suits for women in Singapore?

Tried Zara etc, but they have weird stuff. Many brands have winter clothing which means they are tourist targeted. Any ideas where I can find good classy (but conservative; no weird designer stuff) suits for slim women?

New large apartment condos - An extinct concept?

I am looking to buy an apartment in Singapore, and almost every new condo coming up is a matchbox-sized concept inspired by Hong Kong. My question: does anyone know any condo that matches these criteria: 1. Located in a decent place (Bukit Timah, Holland Village, Novena, etc) 2. Has some greenery ar...

I think we should discuss specifics, or we'll all be expressing interest and then doing nothing :)

How about sometime this Saturday late afternoon/ early evening? Jul 25.

Hi. I'd like to get this installed. I don't think it is as easy as "attach it to the waterhose" as one poster (Jens) suggested. There is no waterhose in my bathroom arrangement to connect it to.

So, my question: does anyone know any plumbers in the Bukit Timah area who can do this stuff?

If you are a Myanmar national you will probably be looking at 1800~2000 SGD/mo max. I know this is not what you want to hear but thats the hard facts. You seem to know banking. How about retail banking. How much do you think a manager (regional) in the likes of Citibank or DBS or Amex would make? T...
