you can apply for EPEC online thru www.mom.gov.sg and its FREE.Once you're approved it will be mailed to you.You can go anytime to singapore and apply your EPEC to ICA so u can stay for a year legally in SG until you find a job.ICA require some documents and medical report for they give you your tem...
