Harassment by landlords in returning the deposit
This has been a growing concern these days... landlords and brokers have been exploiting tenants by giving refunds late... many a times not refunding the security deposit in full. The concept of "fair wear and tear" doesn't hold good since the landlords generally use up tenants money to get any sort...
