Finding a dentist is not hard. But there arent many who do sedation, as it has only been legal in SG since 2003-4. There are dentists who use sedation for dental surgery, but, I think, for normal dental work. Perhaps you could call the Singapore Dental Association for more info. Just google it. I'm ...

The cost should be less than for an adult.

But as for being good with toddlers goes....it tends to depend on the toddlers....often very squeamish and non compliant, esp at that age.

Recommend you bring the young un to your own visits to get them used to the dental settign first.
