Is it true that u have to be very good in English and zero grammar mistake in order to get in?

I can speak but i admit that my grammar is really terrible, even when i talk..

I guess I will not be going to the 27th interview this month le, still got some weakness in my language and confident to work on before i can really attend the interview. as what ppl say, is better to be prepare than not.. i dun think i can actually take the fact that i be rejected, the feeling is h...

i am not quite understand about the invited for walk in interview even u din apply thing.

is that mean if SIA if really interested in u, they will actually head hunted u and send u an invitation?
