i recommend a GP just one MRT station away from Novena. At toapayoh mrt station , there is a Victory Medical Centre, quite a good GP. Take a bus 231 white plated from toa payoh interchange, stop at the very first stop, walk to block 168 , just 1 minute walk.

Just open a POSB or DBS account will do the trick, their internet banking interface is pretty well done and there are ATMS everywhere if you don't mind queueing a little while because it is too popular in Singapore.
