I agree

However, I think it can go either way as to who will win. They are both so talented and I agree their duet was amazing. I just hope that Casey doesnt get into the final as this would just prove that looks play too much of a part in the voting....

Hi there I think the main thing that you have underestimated is the nursery and school fees. If you want to send your 2 year old to an international school then I think it would be at least 1500 per month - it would be less of course if he only goes part time. Not sure how much you would pay for an ...

I lived in Hanoi for two years and one of the most popular serviced apartments (especially for families) was Sedona Suites. It has a great swimming pool, playground and its own shop.

Are there any single mums around?

Hi everyone My husband and I recently separated and I am trying to decide whether to stay in Singapore and try to make it as a single mum here or to return to my home country. My husband is still here, but not living with us anymore and only sees the kids once or twice a week. Are there any other wo...

I wouldnt recommend Crown in vietnam. We moved from Hanoi to Singapore using them and for the first time in 5 overseas moves had multiple breakages and mouldy clothes (despite the goods just being in transit for the normal amount of time). The office here might be better at packing your goods, but y...

preschool

Try Raffles House preschool. This is off Stevens Road and offer the choice of a three or five day week - 9am to 12. It takes about 10 mins in a taxi or they have a bus service (ie a mini van) that will pick the kids up. I live 5 mins from Fraser Suites and my son has been taking this bus since he wa...

flying to melbourne -should I cancel b/c of swine flu?

I am due to go to Melbourne next week for a holiday and am very unsure whether I should still go because of the swine flu situation there. (there have been over 900 cases in melb). I am travelling with my two children (aged 4 and 10) so dont want to put them at risk. I know that the flu is not that ...

preschool

Hi there My son is almost 4 (also Aust) and has been going to Raffles House Preschool on Robin Close. for about six months. This is a very small school (goes up to age 6 or 7) and in his class there are 9 children and one teacher and one aid. You pay monthly and there is only a small application fee...

It is supposed to only be the Dutch Lady strawberry milk in the plastic bottles - not the UHT packets. My son drinks the UHT ones as well, but to be safe I have thrown all of my stock out. Better safe than sorry!

Thanks for the reply and advice. The acne did start soon after I arrived here, but I had also been on antibiotics for 5 weeks beforehand (for a sinus infection), so am not sure what was the cause.

I'll take a look at the website you suggested

Dermatologist for fair skin

I am looking for a dermatologist who is used to treating western (very fair) skins. I have recently started getting adult acne so want some advice as to how to treat it.

Thanks

Thanks

thanks for the information. I have contacted OFS, but they cannot confirm whether they have a place until the end of March, when they have processed applications for current students. As I need him to start school early April, this makes it difficult

ISS (International School of Singapore)

I will be relocating to Singapore in April and am looking for a school for my 9 year old son. The only schools that have a place for him are ISS, and the East Coast campuses of CIS, Etonhouse and Chatsworth. As I plan to live in the city area or Bukit Timah, ISS would be best location wise, but I wo...
