the key difference is definitely the charges. cheaper to rent JTC flat rather than through agents.

not only do u have to pay agent's fees, the overall monthly rent is also higher.

if u are a singapore pr, best bet is to purchase a flat. more cost savings in the long run.

underpaid & overworked. that's what i heard from people i know working in the Big 4 or rather, it should be Big 3 now?

they do mass recruitment through local universities usually.

u may also want to consider those at harbourfront or outram (along the northeast line). it's just 1 - 2 stops away from tanjong pagar.
