Well I personally think it's much better to stay in Bukit Timah or Bukit Panjang area. The location is much better as the traffic there is not that congested compared to Toa Payoh, Bishan during the peak hours. Its furthermore more accessible to Woodlands and the CBD area by the highways.

It's reeeally nice. The humidity is pretty intense and I sweat and am greasy all the time but that doesn't bother me too much. The food is great and sooo cheap. Everywhere is clean.
