ROOM SIZE

The minimum acceptable width of the master bedroom is 3.2m while for the common bedroom the minimum is at 2.8m. These dimensions are generally acceptable by the condominium developers. Beside worried about the room size, I would suggest that you also ask about the lift size as well.

PES and Balcony

Definition of the PES is stated in the URA’s DC regulations. PES will allow it to be covered up to 2 m from the external wall. However, the depth of the PES can be as large as you can imagine. Whilst for balcony, the maximum depth allowed by URA is only 2m from the external wall. Cheers!!! See URA's...
