Try Bishan, Thomson, Serangoon etc

I'd bookcross them. I think all Comfort Cabs in Singapore are "Official Bookcorssing Zones" so it's even convenient to leave them there (though I wouldn't leave a whole bunch that could stress the Cabbie out!) I've seen it in practically all the shops that sell bathroom fittings.
Even the local HDB Handy store that sells odds and ends has a few different types of models.
They also call it the water spray for the toilet.

for 2500 SGD you should be able to find a decent 3 bedroom apt in places like Toh Payoh, Bishan, Ang Mo Kio or further down town towards Pasir Ris, Tampines etc

Condos are much more expensive.
