the email invitation says smart casual attire. so i think for guys, a shirt and tie will do. i think a blazer might be too formal? but its up to you, you may want to bring a blazer along.

I guess the best way to find out is to check the SIA website.

Yup I went to the Emirates website and the Global Open Day page is blank! Only the Global Assessment Day pages has all the countries and dates.

Can anyone confirm?

Des - well my skin isn't very good so I kinda expected to be out at the skin-check. now i'm still working in my (damn boring) job, 9-5 office job, hoping to get out of here soon.. be it CC or another job.
