Prices are falling. I just moved to a 3room HDB flat at ToaPayoh Lorong 1, 3 mins walk to Braddell MRT for S$1.9K. Landlord was asking S$2.1K. Rent (domestic and commercial) has skyrocketed the last 12 months. My 2 small bedroom paya lebar condo rented at S$1,350 June 2005, has been leased out at S$3,100 last night a week after I informed landlord I will not be renewing.
