The bond signing will be months before training, or only when we started training?

Dear all Ex Silkair crew....may i know how much is the range for basic pay, and what will the average income (after adding all the allowances) be? I had been offer a post as FA with Silkair, but still pending on medical check. As i m from Malaysia, relocate to SG cost me alot, especially on the rent...
