Then okay, I mean 1bedroom HDB Flat... Is it legal to be rent?

1+1 room means = 1 bedroom HDB house.

Hi , I am Malaysian and plan to move Singapore soon. Actually, My fiance and i plan to rent 1+1 HDB house in Singapore, but some of my friends said that 1+1 HDB house are reserves for the elder Singaporean individual.
