Travelling on two passports?

I am going to Europe next month and was wondering what the rules were regarding traveling on two passports. My residency card for Singapore references my Aussie passport but I would like to use my GB passport for Europe as easier in the airports etc. However, I will have to have my Aussie passport f...

Swim lessons for 3 year old - Pebble Bay or near

I would either like to join or set up a group for swimming lessons for 3-4 year olds at either my condo, or one nearby and wondered if anyone else would like to join in to keep individual costs down. I live at Pebble Bay but would be more than happy to go to one of the other condo's within walking d...

Lasik surgery in Singapore

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had Lasik done here in Singapore and if so could recommend where I should go. Also, roughly what did it cost (so I can warn the husband when he is sitting down........).
Thanks in advance

Hi My little one is 7 months, I got her 6 month jabs done when we were back in Aus for Christmas so will have to worry about that for her 12 month ones and my oldest 4 year ones! I have been told that the medical centre at Tanglin Shopping Centre does the jabs for whatever country you want (at a pri...

Early Childhood Health

Can anyone help? In Australia I would regularly go to see a midwife at the Early Childhood Centre where they would do weight, size checks, assess developmental milestones and answer questions/queries etc. Is there anything similar to that here? I have a 7 month old and just want to have a basic asse...

Congratulations. Children are the best thing. I had my two in Australia and see people have answered alot of the relevant Q's for Singapore. On books, I found that www.babycentre.co.uk was brilliant. You put your due date in and then get a weekly update telling you what to expect and what is happeni...

Hubby plays off somewhere around 9 or 10 at the moment and has an official Australian handicap (excuse my ignorance as to whether these are international or not!). Am sure he would love a regular crowd to play with.

Hi
We live near there too (Pebble Bay!), so I am sure he would be very interested. We are in Oz for Christmas, back on 28th.
I can contact you when we are back if you like.

Golf for Hubby

I am planning on getting him a game at one of the nice courses but am rather ignorant as to which is: a) a nice course and b) where he can go without a member Can anyone guide me in the rig...

Few wet nappies

I have just moved here with my three year old and breast fed five month old daughters. While everything seems normal with the toddler I am concerned by the very few wet nappies I am getting from the baby. She seems happy enough and is feeding well and her fontanelle does not seem to be too depressed...

What's on TV?

Hi. I will be moving out to Singapore in the next few months, and whilst, in the scheme of things this is the least important of issues, I was wondering if anyone is able to tell me if they air British shows out there, such as EastEnders!
