then you better look into getting a revision with autologous (rib/ear/septal) cartilage. Once you've had extrusion once with foreign implants, it's not advisable to use it again for a revision.

dr hsu is just being honest. those korean docs you speak of who say they can do everything are not being entirely truthful.
