I have an EP, my misses has an LTSVP

Does anyone know how difficult it is for her permit to be converted into an EP? Or does it really depend on the willingness of the employer and type of job that she will be applying for? FWIW, she's a trainee accountant (6m's from qualification with 3 exams remaining) and is experienced with credit ...

Thanks Local lad & Sundial, I will be sure to look into those areas now that I have arrived.

Also, to everyone else - I will be thinking about the mountain biking... the short drive from the airport to Clarke quay didnt seem too bad... but it was only 8am on a saturday...
