I got zero traction marketing it myself. The best I got was nosey neighbours with no intention of buying dropping in during our open houses to have a gawk. We used several agents in the end (open listing) & it sold to our satisfaction in 4 weeks. We agreed a 1percent the commission which is ok for us.

It might be worth a shot mentioning to the LL that you are handing over the matter to the company legal department on ddmmmyy if there is no resolution.

This may give them some focus.

Perhaps the LL wants you to break the lease by making you miserable so he can keep your deposit & rent to another tenant at a higher price or perhaps I am very cynical.

@aloycious, there is no way to retain your REP /PR Status unless you pay tax here for the last three years of your five years REP and contributing to your CPF . Unless you have been on a company assignment overseas and your local company has stated this to that effect to ICA then only then your REP...
