Surgery just for removal of dark eye rings, i don't think there is. Laser is one possibility, and sometimes dark eye circles may lighten when you do eye bag removal surgery. I read that doctors will also "remobve" dark circles while doing eye bag removal surgery, exactly how i don't know though. htt...

Going seoul for work next week, from the forum it seems like Dr Jung is recommended. Must confirm, Dr Jung = Jung Dong Hak hor? Don't wait i find the wrong doctor!

Or you want to try Deja Vu hotel? It's really quite good for that budget, i stayed comfortably in April when i went over to re-do my eyes.
