As far as I know not longer Finland. some made in Korea and some made in China depends on the headset. Finland still doing for communicator such as Nk9500, Nk9300 but the rest only made by Nokia ( means korea or china )

what is your specs and what is the brand of your laptop, I'm not dealer but looking for up grade

Depends on what you need?? communicator such as Nk9500 and Nk9300 , durable and battery long lasting , not easily hard reset and phone wise good signal compare with PDA phone. meantime O2XDAII, IIs, Mini so far battery last not very long ( 4-6 hours ) depends on talking time and bluetooth on.
