I thought most people here don't pay any annual fees for their credit cards. They just call the bank to threaten to cancel it and they'll almost surely get a waiver.

There is no capital tax gains tax in Singapore as far as I'm aware. But I'm no expert.

Yeah if you have any tax queries try not to call the IRAS during the peak season. Terribly hard to get through.
