It's my third try today, and i got booted out in the 1st round again and yet again. Out of 10 ladies, only 3 got in to round 2. More or less they have enough crew plus Trainees now to replace those who left since last year ( bearing in mind that it takes 3-4 months of lead time to fully train a crew) That explain why there are so many rejects now.
