correct me if i'm wrong, but both ntsc and pal..i dont think really link to the tv set. The ntsc and pal is actually to make it sort of regionly not free. Pal is for france and etc, ntsc is jap and us. So ntsc wii can play ntsc version of wii games. If u put in a pal game, the wii will wanna to upda...
