I can recommend the Svan too! In fact I have two of them! My children are only 20 months apart so my two year old daughter uses it with out the tray and climbs up easily on hers to sit at the table at mealtimes. They are expensive but you use them three times a day (at least) and I couldn't stand it...

Professional resume writers?

Hi,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a professional resume writer? My husband's CV needs a rewrite and after many years in consulting, it needs to be re-focused with a lot of the smaller, irrelevent projects removed.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Mother overstayed her visa by three days during last visit..

Hi there - hoping for some advice. By complete oversight, my Mum overstayed her visa by three days during her last visit to Singapore (she came to help with my new baby) When she left Singapore, airport immigration advised her of the mistake and apparently were quite stern about it. She didn't quite...

I have a two year old daughter and a four month old son and am about to return to work full-time. My helper will look after the baby at home and my two year old will go into full-time care. It's not ideal but my helper can't really manage both of them. My two year old will end up watching television...

Child-friendly Christmas Day hotel brunch?

Hi there - before I start ringing around the hotels, does anyone know of a hotel that offers a kid friendly environment during Christmas Day Brunch? I know some of them have a drop off area that is staffed. We will have our 10 week old and a two year old! And our two year old will need some energy b...

Hi there - here's a couple of indoor options for you - I'm a bit of an expert as I have very fair children! Try the 5th floor of Paragon Shopping Centre in Orchard Road. Range of ride-on machines and a small playground. Bring your coins though - most of the small rides cost - but I can't go past tha...

Catholic school for expat students?

Hi, I'm wondering of anyone can tell me of a Catholic shcool that caters to Catholic expat children. I'm looking to enrol my daughter to commence next year. We are Australian and have looked at Australian International School but not so keen on their fees! Gulp! I'd also prefer a Catholic schooling ...

Where can I get some curtains made?

OUr landlord has agreed I can get some curtains made for the baby's room. Is there a service that comes and measures then makes them?

Thanks in advance!
