Vespa

Any dealerships in SINGAPORE? The company website has no links ... or would it be prudent to buy a Vespa here in the US?

It is official. We are moving to Singapore Jan 09 ..

Am I going to have problems with customs - there are about 50 or so and they are mine tht I use but will customs question whether I am planning on selling them? Which I am not. Do...

Hair Straightening

Is this readily available in Singapore? I had to have my hair done every 3 months in HK because of the humidity so I am hoping it is a fairly common process?

Thanks for the advice. Just what I gathered from a few other posters while digging through the various threads is that a lot of them feel no difference other than the obvious (weather).

I have three cats to move, the company is not picking up the tab, but I can't see Singapore Airlines allowing me the luxury of all three on my flight as excess baggage?

We have contacted a relocation service and it is a cost we will have to bear - I guess about USD5,000 per cat.

We have already done the expat thing in Hong Kong (2005 & 2006) and had the good fortune to be able to travel quite often to Singapore. Granted my perspective of Singapore is one of hotels and shopping, but at lea...
