Yes the office is crowded but don't worry it is not a big problem. You can collect your pass within a day if you submit your documents within 3 pm otherwise you have to collect it on the next day.

Collecting the pass will take no more than 5 minutes.

Google your queries and you will get the information that you require and you can check the local yellow pages.

You can go to Raffles hospital at Bugis

If you intend to get your report within a day then you have to pay $50 more and if you want it the next day you have to pay $25 extra.

Generally you will receive your report on third day.
