Hi everyone. About more than one month ago, i had a simple simple nasal silicone implant insertion. Sad to say, the surgery did not improve my looks and my nose actually looks worse than before. I have myself to blame for my hasty decision and would advise those who are contemplating plastic surgery...

if i had my implant done at nara, i would need to remove it if i go to Dr pat for tip refining right? would he put it back for me or what? sorry if my question sounds dumb

hi gucci, i am interested to know the downtime too. i don't have very unusual big jaws to start with, but i think jaw shaving can reduce my angular jaws.

Any anyone knows if Dr pat does tip plasty?
