I will go for Singtel too! Great service and coverage. Althought the plans are pretty much competitive between the 3 but I still love Singtel. Starhub is favourable if u like the per second billing and M1...I only had one terrible incident with their customer service.

I personally own a NEC Laptop - been with me for about coming to 3 years. Its been quite reliable and it has never once broke down on me (except for one virus attack).
